Refund policy

Refund policy- SANACHÉ ZAMORE will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. SANACHÉ ZAMORE Eyelashes will not accept refund.

For a full refund or exchange, mail your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged of original order. Items must be returned with all SANACHÉ ZAMORE tags are still attached and must be in their original packaging.
